For your drinking water, a 20 second stir is all you need, from a glass to a gallon, or leave the wand in the glass or container, as you would for larger containers such as pitchers, water coolers, washing machines, fish tanks or pools, etc. This will not over-charge the water, nor affect the life of the wand.

Drink a glass of stirred water first thing every morning, then continually throughout the day and evening. Recommended amount is ½ ounce of stirred water per lb of body weight.

Wash with mild soap. Do not microwave or place near flame or excessive heat.

Water remains 99.0% stable in an open container for a minimum of 48 hours, 95% stable for months in a sealed container.

Don't forget your pets, kids, wildlife, livestock, etc.

Use just one wand, and one type of wand at a time. Using more than one will not have a greater impact on the water, and using two different wands at once will likely negate the full effects of the enhancing energy of each wand. You can always switch from one wand to another. Example: Illuminator water in the morning (for that “lightbulb” effect as some describe it, Olympian for extra energy or your workout in the afternoon and then Zen Master for evening to calm and relax.

How to determine the amount of water to drink every day:

Simply divide your body weight in half. That number equals the recommended number of ounces of water to drink everyday.
